About Super P Force Tablet

Super P Force is a combination medication containing Sildenafil Citrate 100mg and Dapoxetine Hydrochloride 60mg which is used to treat premature ejaculation and erectile dysfunction in men. Sildenafil Citrate improves blood flow to the penis, and the Dapoxetine lowers excessive blood flow that delays ejaculation.

Dapoxetine belongs to a group of drugs known as serotonin-norepinephrine reuptake inhibitor or SNRI that works on the neurotransmitters and brain to enhance blood circulation.

Super P Force Tablet Uses:

Super P Force is used to achieve and maintain erections and delay premature ejaculation in men. This medication is used to treat men with persistent or recurrent ejaculation with minimal sexual stimulation before, on, or shortly after penetration and before the patient wishes and simultaneously have also to be treated for erectile dysfunction (ED).

How to Super P Force Tablet works?

Super P Force tablet acts on the erectile tissue of the penis to increase blood flow which causes an erection.  During sexual stimulation nitric oxide is released in the erectile tissue of the penis which activates the enzyme guanylate cyclase.  This enzyme increases levels of a chemical called cyclic guanosine monophosphate (cGMP), which relaxes the blood vessels in the penis and allows blood to fill the spongy erectile tissues to cause an erection.  Another enzyme called phosphodiesterase type 5 (PDE5) breaks down cGMP preventing blood flow into the penis, which causes loss of an erection. 

What are the Dosage instructions for?

Missed Dose:

If a dose of this tablet is missed, take the dose as soon as you remember. If it is almost the time for the next dose, skip the missed dose and take the next dose. Do not double the dose to make up for the missed one.

Overdosage:

Seek emergency medical treatment or contact the doctor in case of an overdose.

How to take Super P Force Tablet?

Take Super P Force with at least one full glass of water. The recommended dose is one Super P-Force tablet whenever required 1 to 3 hours before sexual activity. Do not take more than 1 tablet in any 24 hour period.

Precautions and Warning for Super P Force Tablet

• Keep the medicine away from women and children.
• If you are under nitrate or alpha-blocker treatment, do not use this powerful medicine.
• If you are suffering any health problem it’s always better to avoid intake of Super P Force pills.
• If you are allergic to sildenafil or dapoxetine or any ingredients in Super P Force tablet, don’t take it.
• If you have liver or kidney disease, do not take this medicine.
• Use of Super P Force is not recommended for people with a history of cardiac dysfunction.
• Avoid driving or operating machinery when taking this medication.
• Consult a medical professional immediately if you experience erections lasting longer than 4 hours or painful erections as prolonged erections can lead to permanent tissue damage.
