How to Avaforce 100 mg works?

Avanafil is active salt of Avaforce which basically enhances the effect of Nitric Oxide by inhibiting phosphodiesterase 5 (PDE-5). Smooth muscle relaxation is responsible for erection and when sexual stimulation causes release of NO, inhibition of PDE-5 by Avanafil causes increased levels of cGMP in the corpus cavernosum, resulting in smooth muscle relaxes and increases the blood flow to the corpus cavernosum in penis.

What are the Dosage instructions for Avaforce 100 mg?

Missed Dose:

If a dose of this tablet is missed, take the dose as soon as you remember. If it is almost the time for the next dose, skip the missed dose and take the next dose. Do not double the dose to make up for the missed one.

Overdosage:

Contact a doctor immediately if an overdose is suspected. You might require immediate medical attention if the overdose is severe.
